Human Sexuality 2: Understanding Sexual Identity, Attractions, and Relationships

This course opens for enrollment on June 1, 2025 and closes on June 30, 2025.

Description: In a world marked by diversity and individuality, understanding sexual identity, types of attractions, and relationships has become more crucial than ever. Our workshop, designed to be an enlightening exploration of these vital topics, invites you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and empathy. By the end of the workshop, participants will have developed a deeper appreciation for the diversity of sexual identities, attractions, and relationships, as well as the skills and knowledge necessary to foster inclusivity and empathy in their interactions with others.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse range of sexual identities.
  • Examine the various forms of attraction, such as emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual, and their impact on relationships.
  • Analyze how attractions influence personal connections and shape the dynamics of different types of relationships.
  • Explore a spectrum of relationships, from platonic and romantic to casual and non-monogamous, including concepts like polyamory and open relationships.

Time commitment

This webshop will require about 90 minutes of work. You must invest at least 75 minutes or more. There are no set meeting times. All work must be completed by 11:59pm on June 30. You can take this course at anytime during the month of June as long as you complete the work by June 30 to get a certificate and/or CEUs.

To be eligible for CEUs you must complete the pre-assessment, watch all the videos, complete self-reflection activities and quizzes, and complete the post-assessment by 11:59pm on June 30.
